Miami’s Skyline from today until 2020 are depicted. Two of these projects are bigger than big and will change Miami’s landscaping forever; Brickell City Centre and Miami World Center.

Brickell – Miami’s financial district and sometimes referred to as the Wallstreet of the South. Real Estate in Brickell has moved fastly with a high number of luxurious new condos, selling at a record speed.

Brickell City Centre is a $1.05 billion mixed-use development. Strategically located in the center of the Brickell financial district, this is the single largest project currently underway in downtown Miami. Brickell City Centre is anticipated to bring a whole new level of urban living and sophistication to the area and caters to the new Miami residents: a young, ambitious and wealthy crowd that travels the world and has sophisticated taste.

The Miami World Center is a nine block mixed-use development, which will bring a new energy to Miami with a blend of exceptional retail, restaurants, entertainment, hotels, residential and commercial offerings in one unique location. With almost 30 Acres Miami World Center will transform the heart of downtown Miami into one of the largest private master-planned urban environments in the world. With up to 20 million square feet of buildable area, this is not a project or a development – it is a city within a city. This new project will create a dynamic and vibrant urban core of diversity and excitement.

Miami Downtown will be the heart of Miami led by major developments as mentioned above. Besides these developments there is more entertainment, culture and arts coming to the Downtown area. The Perez Art Museum and the the Museum of Science are two brand new museums that just opened their doors in our city.

Miami will also be home to SkyRise Miami, this brand new icon on Miami’s skyline is more than just a mere observation tower with breathtaking 40 mile vistas of this oceanfront city. Its entertainment venues are designed to be enjoyed by visitors and residents alike. From fine dining and an exclusive nightclub to its ballroom and distinctive event space. This vertical entertainment center has something for everyone and will deliver an unforgettable experience for all.

Residents of the great Miami Downtown area are now also enjoying a striving arts, fashion and fine-dining culture. While everyone might have heard from the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts not all people know about Miami’s Art Walks or the high-end fashion scene in the Design District.
